Tango Music

The real-life setting of this photograph is the bathroom
of Mlle M's home, With it's dual sinks and twin mirrors,
and generous natural light, I was immediately reminded
of the apartment bathroom in LAST TANGO IN PARIS.
There is a famous scene, in which the female lead
is seated half-nude, between similar tandem fixtures.
The idea was a little too straightforward for this actual
setting, but it did lead to this wonderful image, with
Mlle. M's intriguingly confrontational epression.
