This splendid photo was taken of a very shy
Vietnamese girl who wanted some portraits done in
my style. Overcoming the shyness was a challenge,
and she was hesitant to pose in evocative shots like this.
These shots were also her clear favorites when she
saw the results. They were also the favorites of her
mother and her very conservative family.
