No I.D. No Gown

The scene was as found, the inspiration, spontaneous.
The room was a disused former classroom at a large
midwestern university. Now abandoned, the room
was once a staging area for commencement
ceremonies, hence the hanging sign.
The two figures represent lost identity and shame
respectively. The image has been taken
very seriously by some, but honestly, began as a
visual pun.
Go figure.
