Fairest Of Them All

I have always been amused by the overwhelming
popularity of this image. Most men respond with
typical comments about the model’s body, or
some relating of a personal fantasy involving a
woman in the Men’s Room. This is expected.
Women, however, relate to this image
very differently. Women see that she is in a
position of power. Her stance is that of an
executive in a board room debate.
She is undoubtedly fit and muscular. Her nudity
seems only natural, albeit shocking, with the
attitude she possesses. Finally, she has
invaded a man’s place, and appears completely in
charge there. I tend to look into her mirror,
and see a variety of moods. She is introspective,
sometimes doubtful, sometimes confident,
sometimes regretful, but always a
vision of strength
