A very girl-next-door image of Mlle. T. I recruit models
with little, or no experience, and tell them up front that
the work will involve nudes. I get a very broad range of
responses: enthusiasm, caution, self-doubt, etc.
Mlle.T brought her mother to the audition.
It could be that she approves everything through her
mother, as she had said, but I believe that she was simply
trying to intimidate me. After seeing my work, Mlle T.
was stunned to see that her mom approved, and I
proceeded to conduct the first session with a chaperone
present. It went well, and we had one more session
before the school year began.
